Her experience as an Operations Leader in Central Asia for a prominent NGO solidified her passion for coaching. It might seem unrelated at first glance! I began doing Art Discovery workshops as a way to challenge myself, believing that embracing the unfamiliar strengthens leadership, expands thinking, and fosters humility – qualities I bring to my coaching. What I discovered is that the act of creating art offers a surprisingly profound avenue for self-reflection.
When you pick up a brush, you can bypass your usual filters and tap into new aspects of yourself. This experiential learning accelerates self-awareness, which is a powerful catalyst in the coaching process. Whether you join me for a dedicated art discovery workshop or we integrate artistic exploration into your leadership coaching, I’m committed to meeting you where you are and helping you unlock deeper understanding.
I offer both one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and group workshops. I suggest starting with a coaching workshop when available where you will connect with other amazing leaders. From there you can identify the areas of growth for one-on-one coaching.
One-on-one coaching one offs:
$350 per session. A typical session is 60 minutes
3 month series: meet every two weeks: 6 sessions for $325 a session = $1950
6 month series: meet every two weeks – Suggest for best results 12 sessions for $300 a session. $3,600
